I’m a Professional Walking Guide leading guided walks in Herefordshire and the eastern edge of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park Wales. Landscapes I know deeply and love sharing.

I help people discover the quieter magic of this place: ancient stones and hilltop castles, hidden dingles, peaceful forests, and wide, breathing views across the Wye and Usk Valleys.

My walks are friendly, inclusive, and unhurried. Whether you’re new to countryside walking or more experienced, coming on your own or with friends, family, colleagues, or a group, you’ll be welcomed and supported every step of the way.

Alongside my own programme of regular group walks, seasonal events, and private guided days, I also collaborate with businesses, charities, and organisations, leading walks on their behalf and offering local route knowledge, footpath expertise, and guidance on working with diverse groups.

I bring years of experience walking with people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and confidence levels.

From wellbeing and team days to women-focused workshops and retreats, everything I offer is designed to help people feel more connected, more confident, and more at home in the landscape.

Come and join me — for a day, a moment, or a whole new way of seeing where you are.

I lead walks across some of the most beautiful landscapes of Herefordshire and South Wales, including the Golden Valley, Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, Talybont-on-Usk, Crickhowell, the Llanthony Valley, Llangorse Lake, and the Gower Peninsula on the South Wales coast.

"A big ‘thank you’ for the wonderful walk on Sunday.  You designed a really great day – stunning scenery, very manageable pace and lovely people in the group.  I think you are a really great guide – you manage the group so well, looking out for everyone, ensuring we have the right kit.  You are also great at drawing our attention to significant sights – whether old ruins, orchids or just wonderful views.   I do hope I get to join your walks again when I am over visiting from Dublin".

"I have done a few events with Sarah now and loved every one. My best one so far was the women's well-being walking weekend. I went alone feeling pretty nervous, but once I was there I loved every minute and immediately booked again for next year! Thank you Sarah for some lovely experiences and lifelong memories"

"I thoroughly recommend Sarah Price Hiking! We live in the Netherlands and were on holiday with my 83-year-old father who lives in the UK.

Sarah curated two magnificent walk routes for us.

It was amazing for all of us, and we will remember our walk for years to come.
I hope we visit the area again and can use her services!"
